While studying Industrial Engineering at Toledo University, he worked in steel fabrication, construction and heavy maintenance at the industrial level, gaining extensive knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. In 1977, he moved into Residential as a very successful licensed builder, ranking near the top of his field. Moving to Columbus in 1986, he continued his success, specializing in residential & light commercial, and also added a custom cabinet and woodworking shop. With his experience and continued success, he is recognized as an expert in the building industry. Jeffrey is highly qualified to inspect older, vintage homes as well as newer models. He is certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and is also a member of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI). He is also approved by HUD to perform FHA certifications. Jeffrey's educational and professional backgrounds enable him to provide excellent inspections and service to his clients.
