An Inspection Group property analysis includes; setting up an appointment (usually within 48 hours) and meeting with the purchaser and/or agent at the property.  At the time of the inspection he will answer your questions and give a full report on:

Roof condition, including life expectancy.

Electrical - size of panel, number of circuits, working condition, smoke detectors, and evaluation.

Structural - interior and exterior examination for both new and vintage homes.
Plumbing - complete, including water heater.
Heating/Air conditioning Equipment examination and analysis.

Insulation and ventilation.

Appliances - quality, life expectancy and working condition.

Grading - drainage, sidewalks - patios - driveways.

Suggested Improvements, Energy Savings Tips, including costs.

Remodeling cost estimates.

Maintenance and safety tips.

Written report issued at time of inspection.  Your Analyst is available to answer any additional questions that you may have at no extra cost.  Payment is due at time of inspection.
