An Inspection Group property analysis includes; setting up
an appointment (usually within 48 hours) and meeting with the purchaser
and/or agent at the property. At the time of the inspection he will
answer your questions and give a full report on:

working condition, smoke detectors, and evaluation. |

analysis. |

|
Insulation and ventilation. |
|
|
Appliances - quality, life expectancy and working
condition. |

|
Grading - drainage, sidewalks - patios - driveways.

|
Suggested Improvements, Energy Savings Tips, including
costs. |
|
|
Remodeling cost estimates. |
|
|
Maintenance and safety
tips. |
Written report issued at time of inspection. Your Analyst is
available to answer any additional questions that you may have at no extra
cost. Payment is
